  POM rod is a kind of side chain free, high-density, high crystalline copolymer with excellent comprehensive properties.

  POM board is a hard and dense material with smooth surface and luster, black or white, which can be used for a long time in the temperature range of - 40 - 106 ° C. Its wear resistance and self lubrication are also superior to most engineering plastics, and it has good oil resistance and peroxide resistance. Very resistant to acid, alkali and ultraviolet radiation.

  POM is a crystalline plastic with obvious melting point. Once it reaches the melting point, the melt viscosity drops rapidly. When the temperature exceeds a certain limit or the melt is heated for a long time, it will cause decomposition.

  POM has good comprehensive properties. It is the hardest among thermoplastics. It is one of the varieties of plastic materials whose mechanical properties are closest to metals. Its tensile strength, bending strength, fatigue strength, wear resistance and electrical properties are very good. It can be used for a long time between - 40 ° C and 100 ° C.

  Polyoxymethylene rod has high mechanical strength, high rigidity, high hardness, excellent elasticity, sliding and abrasion resistance, good creep resistance, even at low temperatures, high impact strength, excellent dimensional stability, excellent mechanical performance, physiological inertia, suitable for contact with food. Ordinary epoxy resin AB adhesive cannot be used for bonding.

  POM-C/H (black and white): they represent POM copolymer and POM homopolymer respectively. POM copolymer has low melting point, thermal stability, chemical corrosion resistance, flow characteristics, hydrolysis resistance, strong alkali resistance and thermal oxidation degradation, and its processability is better than homoformaldehyde. POM homopolymer has higher crystallinity, creep, lower thermal expansion, wear resistance, mechanical strength, rigidity and thermal deformation temperature than copolymer formaldehyde. (At present, POM-C copolymerization is widely used for POM semi-finished products on the market)
