1. Nylon 6 sheet has excellent heat resistance and weather resistance.

2. It has excellent self lubrication and good friction resistance. Nylon has good self lubrication and low friction coefficient.

3. It has excellent electrical insulation performance. With high volume resistance and high voltage, nylon is an excellent electrical and electrical insulation material.

4. It has water absorption, and nylon has large water absorption, which is easy to lead to changes in product size and performance. However, the end of the main chain of polyamide macromolecule contains terminal amino and carboxyl groups, which has certain reactivity under certain conditions. Therefore, chemical and physical modification can be carried out by means of block, grafting, blending, reinforcement and filling to overcome the large water absorption and performance changes.

5. It has excellent mechanical properties, high mechanical strength and good toughness. As a synthetic fiber, the most outstanding advantage of nylon is that its abrasion resistance is higher than that of all other fibers, 10 times higher than that of cotton and 20 times higher than that of wool. The abrasion resistance of nylon can be greatly improved by adding some polyamide fibers to the blended fabric; When stretching to 3-6%, the elastic recovery rate can reach 100%; It can withstand thousands of times of bending without breaking.

Because polyamide 6 sheet not only has the characteristics of non-toxic and light weight, but also has excellent mechanical strength, good wear resistance and good corrosion resistance. So nylon was used to make engineering plastics to replace steel, iron, copper and other materials in the early 1950s. Therefore, nylon engineering plastics are often used to make wear-resistant parts, transmission structure parts, household electrical appliances parts, automobile manufacturing parts, screw rod prevention machinery parts, chemical machinery parts, and chemical equipment. Such as turbine, gear, bearing, impeller, crank, instrument panel, drive shaft, valve, blade, screw rod, high-pressure washer, screw, nut, seal ring, shuttle, shaft sleeve connector, etc.
