Development Path

Gaoyang Hongda Insulation Material Plant, established in March 2002, is located in Xiangliankou Village, Pangzuo Township, Gaoyang County. The factory covers two areas: the southern area mainly for production and the northern area mainly for offices and warehousing. The two areas are separated by a village road. The main products are insulation boards and insulation rods, with a production scale of 6,300 tons of insulation boards and 700 tons of insulation rods, totaling 7,000 tons.

With the increasing demand for insulation boards in the market, in 2015, Hongda invested RMB 1.2 million to build a KD-1 horizontal impregnation drying production line in the existing gluing and solidification workshop of the southern area. The annual production capacity of insulation boards reached 1,000 tons. After the expansion, the annual output of insulation boards (rods) in the whole factory reached 8,000 tons. At the same time, in order to improve the automation level of the original project layout and reduce labor loss, two automatic backflow lines were newly added to replace the manual layout, and the factory layout was adjusted.

In January 2018, the new factory, Hebei JingHong Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., was established in Pangzuo Industrial Park, Gaoyang County. The factory introduced the most advanced production equipment with 15 fully automated production lines, reducing labor while improving product quality and production efficiency. The new plant covers an area of 36,300 square meters, with an annual output of 36,000 tons, and obtained ISO9001, ISO45001, and ISO14001 certificates in 2022.

In May 2020, J&Q New Composite Materials Company was established to promote quality products to the international market. As a subsidiary of Jinghong, it has the export agency rights of all products of Jinghong and Hongda. From its inception, the company focused on international market development, dedicated to bringing quality products to the global market and recommending the most suitable products for each client.

In March 2023, J&Q passed the SGS certification as a strong factory recognized by an international certification company.
