Production Description

3641 Epoxy Glass Cloth Laminated Tube is made of epoxy phenolic resin impregnated with alkali-free glass fiber cloth, dried, heated and pressurized, baked and cured.

 

Application

3641 Epoxy Glass Cloth Laminated Tube has a grade B heat resistance, compact structure, low water absorption, high mechanical and electrical properties, and is suitable for insulating structural parts in electrical equipment.

 

Instructions

1) The laminated tube can withstand mechanical processing such as sawing, drilling, turning, milling, and planing.

2) After the laminated pipe is processed, it is easy to absorb moisture. It is best to impregnate the insulating paint for moisture-proof treatment.

3）Store in the original package in a dry, cool, ventilated room or under a shed that is strictly forbidden to smoke or fire. The storage period is 12 months from the date of leaving the factory.

4) Dust and odor are easily generated during mechanical processing of laminated pipes, so ventilation and dust removal and labor protection of workers should be strengthened.
