Fr4 Epoxy Glass Sheet is a made of professional electronic cloth impregnated with epoxy resin and other materials through high temperature and high pressure. The abbreviation "FR4" means: F (for flame) and R (for retardant). It has excellent chemical resistance, flame resistance (UL94-V0) and electrical properties under dry and humid environment.

It has high mechanical properties, excellent dielectric properties, good heat resistance, moisture resistance, flame retardant and good machining properties.
FR4 is not a material name, but it is an epoxy sheet of NEMA grade which means nation electrical manufactures association.
The code name of FR4 is flame resistance material grade, and it means a material specification of which the resin material must be self-extinguishing after being burned.
The flame-retardant grade can reach to UL94-VO, and pass six ROHS-related environmental protection tests.

Product Features

The surface of Fr4 Epoxy Glass Sheet is very flat and smooth with no pit. It has low water absorption, good moisture resistance and good dielectric properties. Also FR4 insulation board has very high mechanical strength, good process ability, so that we can machine and cut it into any sizes and ships we want. What’s more, flame resistance reach to UL94-V0 is the most important features of the board.

J&Q Insulation Material Co., Ltd is a foreign trade company controlled by Hebei JingHong Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., which is responsible for the export business of Hebei JingHong Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. The new factory of Hebei JingHong Electronics Co., Ltd. will be officially put into production in October 2022. Mainly produce FR4 sheet, 3240 epoxy sheet, Bakelite sheet, and 3026 phenolic cotton sheet. The total annual output of the new and old two factories reaches 43,000 tons, which will be the largest insulation board factory in China.
