Hongda Enlarge Its Production Capacity Again

With the development of world science and technology, the demand of FR4 fiberglass sheet, 3240 epoxy resin sheet, Phenolic Cotton Cloth Laminate Sheet 3026 and phenolic paper sheet are increasing constantly. HongDa Insulation Material Factory which the annual productivity are 13000 tons can no longer meet the needs of customers. So in 2019, we began to prepare to build a new factory with a larger scale and more productivity.

So in 2019, we began to prepare to build a new factory with a larger scale and more productivity.
Our new factory named JingHong Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. The total area of new factory is 66667m2, all of which are newly acquired land. The total construction area of the new factory is 46800m2 (the capacity building area is 75800m2), including 300m2 of office building, 1200m2 of staff dormitory building, 300m2 of canteen, 10000m2 of warehouse, 29000m2 production workshop, 6000m2 raw material workshop, and road hardening and greening construction will be carried out on the site. The new factory will be ready to produce at 2021.
The annual productivity of JingHong Electronic Technology Co., Ltd are 30000 tons including FR4 sheet, 3240 epoxy resin glass fiber laminated sheet grade A, phenolic paper sheet, and copper clad laminate. All products from JingHong are high-end products, and the HongDa is going to focus on producing 3240 Epoxy Fiberglass Sheet Grade B which makes HongDa to be the factory with the largest productivity of 3240 Grade B in China.
