3240 Laminate Sheet Production Description
3240 Laminate Sheet is a hard and dense material which is made by applying heat and pressure to layers of alkali-free woven glass cloth with epoxy and phenolic resin. It has wide operating temperature range, high dielectric constant, high strength, and wear resistance. The material can resist to aggressive environments and suitable for mechanical processing.
Different Grade of 3240 Board
There are three different grade of Glass Yellow 3240 Laminate Sheet, and we separate them by using A, B and C.
Grade A: using the whole shaft of alkali-free glass fiber cloth into epoxy phenolic resin, then bake and heat press. It has good mechanical and dielectric properties with thermos ability and moisture resistivity. The property of 3240 board is a little bit worse than FR4 board.
Grade B: Grade B is similar to Grade A, but grade B has lower properties than grade A. However, grade B is cheaper than grade A and has good practicability. Grade B is more common in the market.
Grade C: dip the offcut of glass fiber board into epoxy phenolic resin, then process it. The surface of grade C is not flat with bad thickness tolerance. If customers have high requirement, they should choose to buy grade A or B.

J&Q Insulation Material Co., Ltd is a foreign trade company controlled by Hebei JingHong Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., which is responsible for the export business of Hebei JingHong Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. The new factory of Hebei JingHong Electronics Co., Ltd. will be officially put into production in October 2022. Mainly produce FR4 sheet, 3240 epoxy sheet, Bakelite sheet, and 3026 phenolic cotton sheet. The total annual output of the new and old two factory reaches 43,000 tons, which will be the largest insulation board factory in China.
